Savannah's Independent Schools College Fair

All Calvary juniors and seniors will be attending this event. Junior students were encouraged to approach this opportunity as a fact finding expedition--visit as many schools as you can; have questions ready; pick up as many brochures as possible. Their challenge was to take this information home and start going through it. This is a perfect way to start the “college list” process. Seniors should already have a plan in place. A college list should have been developed; students are encouraged to visit these schools first then use their time wisely and search out new possibilities, particularly schools that they are not familiar with. Seniors, many of you will start filling out applications within the next few weeks; make sure you familiarize yourself with all of your collegiate opportunities!

Listed below is a list of great questions that students have been provided with to assist them in their college fact finding adventure. Students were instructed to go through the questions and pick out a few and ask those to each college representative with whom they spoke. Then, record the responses to create a comparison chart among the schools of interest. Keep these questions handy as you are pursuing all of your options.
