The Cavalier Philosophy

The athletics program at Calvary Day School provides our students with an opportunity to grow physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Calvary seeks to provide quality coaches who are able to teach, mentor and guide our students. They must also understand the two non-negotiables we require to coach at Calvary Day. Those are to know and love Christ and to know and love our students right where they are.

In striving to do our best for the Lord, we unapologetically pursue excellence in sports and compete to win when possible - but never at any and all costs. Col. 3:23, "Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that  is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men." As a program we desire to labor together in glorifying God, encouraging each other in physical and spiritual growth, and exuding Christ's love to everyone we encounter.

Volunteer for Concessions

We need YOU!  We are looking for volunteers to help run the concession stand for home athletic events throughout the school year.  This is a great opportunity to serve and connect with others!  Please consider signing up today.

We treat our opponents, officials, and spectators with respect. We respect the property and reputation of our opponents as well as that of our own school. In every situation, we will use sound common sense, judgment, and courtesy.
