At Calvary’s Early Learning Center, we believe that every child is uniquely created by God (Psalm 139:14) and deserves a safe, loving environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive. We are committed to nurturing each child's development through supportive relationships and a learning environment built on respect, kindness, and consistency.
We use positive guidance strategies that promote self-regulation, problem-solving, and personal responsibility. Our goal is to help children understand expectations, learn from their experiences, and grow in their ability to interact positively with others. Clear rules, gentle redirection, and open communication are key parts of our approach (Galatians 5). We value strong partnerships with families and believe that collaboration is essential to a child’s success.

Growth, Discovery & Joy
Learning at Calvary is active and engaging. Children explore through play, creativity, and discovery—building problem-solving skills and curiosity that will serve them well for years to come. Small group and independent activities encourage social development while reinforcing important early learning concepts in age-appropriate ways.
Partnership with Parents
We also believe a strong partnership with parents is vital to the overall development of each child. Our staff works closely with parents to ensure every child’s educational journey is both meaningful and joyful. Parents can feel confident knowing their children are in a safe, loving environment, cared for by teachers who truly love what they do.

We provide a rich, developmentally appropriate learning environment tailored to the unique ages and stages of each classroom. Our flexible routines allow children to grow and progress at their own pace, and we strongly believe that meaningful learning happens through play. Children learn best through hands-on exploration within thoughtfully designed interest areas that encourage curiosity and engagement. Daily biblical integration is woven into classroom routines through Bible stories, prayer, worship, and weekly chapel, helping children build a foundation of faith while learning God’s love.
Our program is designed to nurture creativity, self-expression, decision-making, problem-solving, responsibility, independence, and reasoning. These experiences are intentionally structured to promote Pre-K readiness and support a confident, successful transition to Lower School, with the ultimate goal of developing each child spiritually, academically, socially, and physically.
