Middle School Career Day

Recently, Mrs. Mikki Thomas, our Middle School Guidance Advisor, had an opportunity to work with our middle school students on several lessons dealing with future careers. During these lessons, each of our middle school students completed a career assessment or interest survey. They were also able to complete some research about available careers that fit their interests and the educational requirements needed to reach success in those careers. We hope that these opportunities have piqued the interest of our students and helped prepare them for this upcoming Career Day.  

With that in mind, I am asking that you take some time today and tomorrow to talk with your child about this unique opportunity, as well as the importance of being respectful to each of our speakers during their sessions. We are thankful that each of our guests are willing to give up their time to come and invest in the lives of our students, and hope that everyone has a great experience.
