Creating Memories with Vidigami at Calvary Day School

Not Just for Teachers and Staff

The best thing about Vidigami is that the system is designed for parents and students to contribute, as well as our school staff. Got some great shots while you were chaperoning that field trip? Did you bring your good camera to the class performance and snap some priceless gems? Did you catch a quick moment on the playground with your phone? Upload them to Vidigami and share them with the entire Calvary family!

Security and Privacy

With Vidigami, you don't have to worry about your photos being visible to the public, it is a secure portal and available by invitation only. Vidigami stores photos securely online and shares them privately with our school community.
  • Only verified members of the community are granted access.
  • Only the user who uploaded a photo or a system administrator may delete photos; any user may flag a photo for review by the school’s administration.
  • Contextual and identity metadata are stored separately from photos, so sensitive information like geolocation, who uploaded an image, student names, etc. are not revealed when photos are downloaded from Vidigami.
  • Students who are tagged in photos have only their first names appear for security reasons.

Ready to get started with Vidigami?

Current parents and students, your Vidigami accounts are ready to go! You should have received an email invitation to activate your Vidigami account earlier this year. Just click on the button to “Activate your Vidigami Account.” Provide Vidigmai with your email address and password. You will use these credentials when logging directly into the Vidigami website or app.

That is all there is to it! You can start exploring the photos that have already been uploaded or upload a few of your own. Once you have accessed Vidigami for the first time, download the Vidigami app on your phone. Then start uploading your favorite Calvary photos right from your phone. For easy, one click access to Vidigami, just login to OnCampus and click on the Vidigami Resource Board.

If you have questions about Vidigami or getting your account setup, please email us at vidigami@calvarydayschool.com.
