Performing for the glory of God

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16

As we begin the new semester, we are busy planning our upcoming spring programs. We are learning to perform for the glory of God. Being able to stand tall, follow direction, sing or play an instrument, or even act a scene-- God expects our very best! The 5th grade just participated in the Georgia Day Parade in a fife and drum march through the historic district and enjoyed a delicious lunch following the parade.

On February 28th at 7:30pm,  the Upper School bands will present a pop concert. We hope you will join us for this great night! We are also well under way practicing for our performances of Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, which will be presented March 28th through March 30.

Many other practices are beginning for other events, so make sure you check back as you won’t want to miss any of it!  Keep shining your lights!
