Director of Broadcasting
Griner, a 1986 graduate of The University of Georgia, received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and many accolades as a standout baseball player. His most notable roles are almost 20 years in the upstate of South Carolina at WSPA broadcasting, managing, and hosting news and entertainment shows. For the last 10 years, he has had various roles at Savannah’s WTOC such as Sports Director, Reporter, Anchor for a variety of news sections, and co-Host for the mid-morning show, Morning Break.
Head of School Dr.Hunter Chadwick says, “Ken is a dynamic individual. His knowledge of broadcasting and communications is exactly what we need to build this program. We are excited about the opportunities our kids will have with him. ”
