My boys are both doing great - academically and socially. Any and every question or concern I have has been addressed quickly and compassionately, I cannot speak highly enough about this school.
Our team is here to support you along the way. Whether this is your first time exploring an independent school option or you have been involved at another independent school, we are here to provide you with answers and guidance every step of the way. As you read through the steps to the admissions process please feel free to reach out to us if you have questions. We look forward to getting to know you and your child and hopefully partnering with you as part of the Calvary family.
Join us for one of our Open Houses or Campus Tours. Open House dates are listed under the “Visit Us” tab of the Admissions section. Campus tours are by appointment only and are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays, while our Assessment and Shadow days are offered on Wednesdays. If an alternate time is needed please call the Admissions office to coordinate. Upon completion of the Open House or a campus tour, an Admissions Checklist will be emailed to the family. All items must be presented in completion on the day of the Admissions assessment.
Fill out the Application Form online. There is a $100 Application/Testing Fee per child which will need to be paid in full before the Admissions Test is given.
If interested please fill out the Financial Aid information located on our website under the Financial Aid tab. Your financial aid application will not be reviewed until your Calvary Day School admissions application has been submitted.
A representative from our Admissions Team will contact you to set up a day and time for your child(ren) to complete our Admissions Assessment. The assessment is grade appropriate and will vary in time depending on grade level. The assessment dates are each Wednesday. If an alternate time is needed, please call the Admissions office to coordinate.
Applicants in grades 3rd-12th, if interested, may shadow a current Calvary student after their assessment or they may schedule a full-day shadow at another time. Full-day shadow opportunities are also scheduled on Wednesdays.
Upon completion of the Admissions Assessment, and if all information has been received, the Admissions Review Team will review the candidate's admissions assessment scores, transcripts, discipline record, and any other necessary files needed to make the best decision for all parties involved.
