My boys are both doing great - academically and socially. Any and every question or concern I have has been addressed quickly and compassionately, I cannot speak highly enough about this school.
Our team is here to support you along the way. Whether this is your first time exploring an independent school option or you have been involved at another independent school, we are here to provide you with answers and guidance every step of the way. As you read through the steps to the admissions process please feel free to reach out to us if you have questions. We look forward to getting to know you and your child and hopefully partnering with you as part of the Calvary family.
Join us for one of our group campus tours held four times a year or our Winter Preview Day. These dates are listed on the “Visit Us” page of the Admissions section. (Registration is required.) Individual campus tours are by appointment only and are offered Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., and 1 p.m. Assessment and Shadow days are offered on Thursdays. If an alternate time is needed please call the Admissions office to coordinate.
After attending a Preview Day or a campus tour, an OnCampus login will be emailed to you with the admission checklist and process instructions. OnCampus will be your portal for the admission process as well as the student/parent portal once your child is enrolled.
Once the date and time of your assessment has been confirmed, you will receive an itinerary via email. These are sent the Friday before your scheduled assessment.
Full day shadows opportunities are also scheduled on Wednesdays after testing. Shadow days are required for students applying during the school year. During summer hours, there will be an interview as well as the assessment.
Upon completion of the Admissions Assessment, and if all information has been received, the Admissions Review Team will review the candidate's admissions assessment scores, transcripts, discipline record, and any other necessary files needed to make the best decision for all parties involved.
Once an admissions decision has been finalized, you will receive notification by mail and through onCampus. If your student is accepted for enrollment, a member of the Admissions Team will contact the parent or guardian by phone regarding next steps.
