Emerging Scholars Program
The Calvary Day School Emerging Scholars Program provides achievement-based scholarships awarded to students from 5th - 12th grade. This highly selective program utilizes Calvary Day School (CDS) to provide an academically excellent, Christ-centered education through the development of the total student: spiritually, academically, socially, and physically. CDS is committed to partnering with families to develop our students into self confident leaders who know who they are and whose they are. Upon graduation, we desire for each of our graduates to be a light on college campuses across the world and carry that light into their professional environments upon completion of their post secondary education.
Matthew 5:16
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
The Emerging Scholars Program proudly supports 5th - 12th grade students by awarding ten scholarships annually. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve and their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. The program seeks those with a strong academic background while demonstrating the ability and desire to be a servant leader. With the 1st class in 2021, the program will provide 10 Emerging Scholars significant financial aid for the 2021-2022 academic year. Ten Emerging Scholars are selected each year to receive these scholarships.
