FEES FOR 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR

APPLICATION FEE FOR NEW STUDENTS ONLY (Non-Refundable)

REGISTRATION FEES (Payable Annually and Non-Refundable)

Grades 1 - 12                                                                  

The registration fee is due at the time the student is accepted and at re-enrollment each year. No family will pay more than two registration fees. The oldest child is considered the first child.  Registration fees are non‑refundable unless a family moves from Chatham County before the school year begins, then 75% of the fee will be refunded. Presently enrolled students who have not re-enrolled by February 28 cannot be guaranteed a classroom opening and must pay a $100.00 late registration fee.Registration fees for new students entering grades Pre-K-12 are due upon acceptance. 

TUITION

TUITION DISCOUNTS

Calvary Member Discount: Active church members of Calvary receive a $200 discount per child on the tuition stated above. (A policy defining active church membership is available in the Financial Office.)

Third Child Discount:  Parents with three (3) or more children enrolled in Calvary Day School may deduct $1,100 each for the third and following child(ren).

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

Tuition will be paid utilizing one of the following three options. 
1. Payment in advance by August 1, 2007 with a 3% discount.
2. Ten installments paid through automated bank drafts (ACH) beginning in August of 2007 and ending in May of 2008.  You may select withdrawals on the 5th or the 20th day of the month.
3. Twelve installments paid through automated bank drafts (ACH) beginning in June of 2007 and ending in May of 2008.  You may select withdrawals on the 5th or the 20th day of the month.

A $25.00 charge will be assessed on any NSF check or debit.  A 1.5% late fee will be applied to monthly unpaid balance.
 
LUNCH FEES (Without Lunch Ticket)

For your convenience, multiple lunch tickets in increments of 20 may be purchased in advance at a discount in the school office.  Pre-K-5 packet of 20 tickets for $55.00 (discount price of $2.75 each) and Grades 6-12 ticket packet at $65.00 (discount price of $3.25 each).

UNIFORMS

All students in grades Pre-K-12 are required to wear school uniforms.  All school uniforms must be purchased at Uniforms by Patrick.

AFTER SCHOOL CARE (HOURS 2:30pm-6:00pm)

(All students in grades Pre-K through 8 must be registered and attend the Calvary After School Programs if they remain on campus after school is dismissed.)

Pre-K through 2nd grade:          $40/week  or $8/day (2:30pm-6:00pm) School Holiday Fee $25.00 per day (6:00am-6:00pm)

3rd grade through 8th grade:   $35/week  or $8/day(3:00pm-6:00pm) School Holiday Fee $25.00 per day (7:00am-6:00pm)

(Holiday fees refer to days when these facilities are open as per their posted schedule.)
